After her tenure as a teacher, Nicole worked several years as a consultant for the Goethe-Institute and the German Agency for International Development (giz which formerly gtz).

Thereafter, she consulted for one of the world's largest staffing companies on applicant management and e-recruiting, leading projects in requirements management to optimize application processes and systems.

By founding HR-Office, Nicole realized her vision of sustainable HR practices. Since then, she has successfully connected people and companies at all hierarchical levels as a recruitment consultant, demonstrating professionalism and dedication. Her passion and efficiency ensure that the right talents are matched with the right opportunities, leading to lasting success for both individuals and businesses.

Nicole earned a degree in German Studies and Political Science, focusing on the Eastern expansion of the European Union.
