Für unseren Kunden, ein großes internationales Medizintechnikunternehmen mit GMP-konformer Produktion, suchen wir einen Betriebstechniker / Ingenieur (m/w/d) im Raum Leverkusen.

In dieser Rolle sorgen Sie für den zuverlässigen, sicheren und GMP-konformen Betrieb von Produktionsanlagen, Versorgungssystemen und technischer Infrastruktur. Sie sind verantwortlich für die technische Infrastruktur, einschließlich HVAC, elektrischer Systeme, Versorgungseinrichtungen und Reinraumumgebungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Operative Verantwortung für technische Systeme
  • Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen und unterbrechungsfreien Betriebs von Produktions-, Versorgungs- und Gebäudesystemen, einschließlich HLK/HVAC-, Elektro- und Energiesystemen
  • Überwachung der System-Performance und proaktive Identifikation von Abweichungen
  • Koordination der Fehlerbehebung sowie zeitnaher Reparaturen
• GMP-Konformität, Qualität und Dokumentation
  • Einhaltung von GMP-, ISO-, Sicherheits- und Hygienevorschriften für Produktionsbereiche und Reinräume sicherstellen
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Kalibrierungs- und Wartungsaktivitäten gemäß regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung von Prüfungen sowie Umsetzung von Korrektur- oder Präventivmaßnahmen bei Bedarf
• Technische Verbesserungen und Modernisierung
  • Mitwirkung an Modernisierungs-, Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen zur Verbesserung der Infrastrukturleistung
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten für Systemstabilität, Energieeffizienz und Gerätelebenszyklusmanagement
  • Unterstützung technischer Projekte innerhalb der Einrichtung – von der Konzeptphase bis zur Umsetzung
• Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
  • Effektive Kommunikation technischer Probleme, Risiken und Updates über Abteilungen hinweg
  • Verlässliche Unterstützung in Hochrisikosituationen sowie Beitrag zur Rufbereitschaft bei Bedarf
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern, um technische Aktivitäten mit operativen Anforderungen abzustimmen und sichere, konforme sowie effiziente Prozesse aufrechtzuerhalten

Ihr Profil

• Studium oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) in Verfahrenstechnik, Pharmazeutischer Technik, Bautechnik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen
• Mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Gebäudetechnik, Versorgungssystemen, Produktionstechnologien, HVAC und elektrischer Infrastruktur
• Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einem regulierten Industrieumfeld
• Kenntnisse von Gebäudeautomations- und Managementsystemen, Gebäudeleittechnik sowie SAP sind von Vorteil
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten verbunden mit einem strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Bereitschaft, mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammenzuarbeiten
• Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (C1-Niveau oder höher) sowie Englisch

Operational Technician / Engineer (m/f/d) – Leverkusen Area

For our client, a large international medical technology company with GMP-compliant production, we are seeking an Operational Technician/Engineer (m/f/d) in the Leverkusen area.

Job Summary
In this role, you will ensure the reliable, safe, and GMP-compliant operation of production, utility, and facility systems. You will be responsible for critical technical infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical systems, utilities, and cleanroom environments.

Your Responsibilities

• Operational responsibility for technical systems
  • Ensure reliable, uninterrupted operation of production, utility and building systems, including HVAC, electrical and energy systems
  • Monitor system performance and identify deviations proactively
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions and coordinate timely repairs
• GMP-compliance, quality and documentation
  • Adhere to GMP, ISO, safety and hygiene regulations for production areas and clean rooms
  • Perform and document calibration and maintenance activities according to regulatory requirements
  • Support audits and implement corrective or preventive actions when needed
• Technical improvements and modernization
  • Contribute to modernization, automation and digitalization initiatives that improve infrastructure performance
  • Identify and implement optimization opportunities for system stability, energy efficiency, and equipment lifecycle management
  • Support technical projects within the facility, bringing ideas from concept to implementation
• Cross-functional collaboration
  • Communicate technical issues, risks and updates effectively across departments
  • Provide dependable support in high-risk situations and contribute to on-call coverage when required
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical activities with operational needs and maintain safe, compliant, and efficient processes

Your Profile

• Degree in Process engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or comparable studies; or state-certified technician in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Systems Engineering, Building Services or Mechatronics
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with technical building systems, utilities, production technologies, HVAC/R and electrical infrastructure
• Ideally professional experience in a regulated industrial environment
• Familiarity with building automation and management systems (GLT/BMS) as well as SAP is considered a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent German communication skills (C1 level or above) with strong working knowledge of English
