Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, die Sempell GmbH und SABO, zwei Tochterunternehmen der Emerson Gruppe einen HR Business Partner (m/w/d) in Korschenbroich oder Marienhagen.

 Die Sempell GmbH liefert maßgeschneiderte und ausgereifte Ventillösungen für die anspruchsvollsten Herausforderungen. SABO erfüllt die Kundenanforderungen mit einem umfangreichen Angebot an Wartungsmöglichkeiten für Ventile.

Summary of Role
Provide the assigned organizations with all HR support needed, under the responsibility of the HR Director Sempell / Sabo, by acting as a business partner and proposing innovative & customer focus HR solutions.

 Principle Job Responsibilities:
Operational

  • Propose to the HR-Manager and to the department Managers involved the yearly HR initiatives to support the organizations under responsibility and drive the implementation of the agreed action plans
  • Implement and attend the management team meetings of the organizations under responsibility, and develop a deep understanding of their business & operational challenges
  • Ensure the implementation and follow-up of the communication plan
  • Ensure the implementation and follow-up of the EOS action plan
  • Support the managers and supervisors by providing them with all the HR support needed (recruitment & on boarding, disciplinary procedure, address individual situations, facilitate conflict resolution, etc.)
  • Build strong relationship with employees and managers, at all level within the organization, and provide them with accurate feedback, coaching and support
  • Drive the implementation of the HR & management processes and tools (performance review, organization reviews, etc.) across these organization and follow-up
  • Develop and implement training plan for the organization under responsibility to support business needs, professional development and compliance with local rules and Emerson training policies (mandatory leadership and legal training)
  • Participate in the HR administration for the organization under responsibility, as per local rules and laws, and liaise with local payroll department as needed.
  • Attend meetings with the works council Sempell and Sabo

 General

  • Participate in employee representative bodies meeting on a ad hoc basis
  • Develop internal network within the Flow Control and Emerson HR community in the country and in Europe
  • Handle specific project or work at a site or Flow Control level, as needed.
  • Work in close partnership with the other HR business partner on site to ensure flexibility within the HR team

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • HR graduate with a minimum of 5 years of operational HR experience in an industrial environment
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Business acumen and customer focus
  • Action and result oriented
  • Dealing with ambiguity
  • Managerial courage, Interpersonal saavy and Leadership
